From September 18th to 23th, 2017, the courses entitled “3D Techniques of digital mapping and its applications in Archeology” and “Documentation techniques of the Cultural Heritage”, were offered by the researches from the Coastal Heritage Research Center – CURE/UdelaR – Uruguay, led respectively by the researchers Prof. Dr. Rodrigo de Oliveira Torres and Dr. Samila Ferreira at the Federal University of Pernambuco/Brazil. This event was promoted by the Postgraduate Program in Archeology and by the Paraná-Buc Foundation. The courses were given on the UFPE campus in the auditorium of the recently inaugurated Laboratory of Metrology.
